At USG HR Forces we see people as the core of our activities. Your needs are our motivation. It is you who drive us. Today’s people and organizations are always on the move, going through periods of often complex change, and constantly adapting their expectations and goals. We undertake to listen to these expectations, to work with people and their organizations, and to offer customised solutions in the form of the appropriate HR skills. In so doing we are also very much aware of our socio-economic role. Like you, we are not interested in turning out standard solutions. We prefer to shape a unique and creative solution, at times lending emphasis through a lightness of touch while on other occasions going for a bolder approach. That is why we do not regard ourselves as simply an HR services provider, but rather as a designer in human resources commissioned to respect the specific needs of our clients and candidates. We believe in partner relations based on trust and targeted solutions with realistic and measurable results. Since 1 June 2007 three times one has become one. The former Accea, Carela and HR Forces were engaged in related activities, and on that day they teamed up as USG HR Forces. Today we bring together in an integrated vision and wide range of specialisations the basic competences that the three companies previously offered individually. Just as various painting techniques can produce a masterpiece, so the various specializations within USG HR Forces lead to new opportunities for your career or organization. We are not therefore new, but we do dare to be innovative. The bases of our specializations were already in place, and now we are bringing them together under one roof. As a professional and innovative service-provider brand, USG HR Forces is part of USG People. Within this group we provide specialized services and solutions in the field of human resources at regional, national and European level.
